Refund Policy

NoActor comes with a 14-day, no-questions refund.

How it works

• Reply to your Stripe receipt email (or write to support@noactor.io) within 14 days of purchase.
• Include the word "refund". A reason is welcome but not required.
• We process it within 2 business days; Stripe returns the funds to your original payment method (bank timing: 5–10 days).

The spirit of it

If the product didn't earn its price, we don't want to keep it. "Changed my mind" is a valid reason. You may keep the downloaded files.

Note on model credits

Credits you purchased at kie.ai are a separate service from a separate company and follow their refund terms, not ours.
