These terms govern your purchase and use of NoActor ("the product"), sold at noactor.io.
A digital download: prompt templates, software scripts and documentation for creating AI-generated videos with third-party AI services. Delivery is instant after payment via download link.
One purchase grants one person a lifetime, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the product files themselves.
The product orchestrates services you contract with directly (Anthropic Claude, kie.ai and the models it resells). Their pricing, terms and availability are theirs, not ours, and may change. Model credits are purchased by you, from them.
You agree not to use the product to create content of real people without consent, deceptive political content, or content violating the policies of the platforms you publish to. Disclose AI-generated content where the platform or law requires it.
We guarantee the pipeline works as documented; we do not guarantee revenue, ad performance or platform approval of your content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
